Sisu Launches Wellbeing Program And Partners with Golazo Energy
At Sisu, we’re dedicated to fostering a culture of wellbeing, recognizing that a healthy, energized team is key to success.
We recently launched our highly anticipated Sisu: Wellbeing & Master Your Energy initiative. Thanks to our brand new partnership with Golazo Energy, we offer our Sisu community a tangible way to integrate wellbeing in their everyday life consciously.
An energizing session to kickstart the program
During the kick-off keynote, Carolien Van Den Bosch offered practical tips and strategies for enhancing personal wellbeing. Talking points included:
- a healthy mind in an energetic body
- how exercise, sleep, and nutrition are linked to how our brain works
- how we can optimise that connection to generate more energy in all areas
We also announced our “Battle of the Branches” challenge which boasts an Olympic theme. All of the Sisu branches; Catalay, Strand, Prosource, Evertys and Ariad are taking steps to achieve a common goal of reaching 2000 km per group over a period of 4 weeks.
More than 100 participants joined and committed to having a more active lifestyle!
Master Your Energy: exclusive track
And that’s not all, as 25 lucky participants also started an exclusive “Master Your Energy” track. This program approaches wellbeing in a holistic way designed to boost physical, mental, and emotional energy.
What does it entail? The program focuses on three types of energy: physical, mental and emotional.
1. Physical Energy:
- Nutrition & Hydration: exclusive workshop with Evi Van Acker, former Olympic sailor and medalist on nutrition and hydration.
- Biological Age Test: Participants will have the opportunity to undergo a biological age test at Golazo Energy locations, offering personalized insights into their physical health.
2. Emotional Energy:
- Stress Detection and Management: Kristien Van Bruystegem of Better Minds At Work shares valuable skills in detecting and managing stress
3. Mental Energy:
- Dealing with change: Eric Franck, professor at the University of Ghent dives into self-leadership and change management
- Breathwork Workshop: Karsten Kroon, former Olympic cyclist takes into the world of breathwork and its benefits in an exclusive session
