Sisu is proud to announce a key leadership transition: Kris Cuypers, previously Chief People Officer, will step into the role of Group CEO, while Stephane Collignon, founder & former CEO, will transition into a strategic leadership role focused on long-term growth initiatives.

2025 Leadership Team with Matthieu Saintmard (Strand Managing Director), Niels Bervoets (Sisu Group CFO), Max Theyskens (Sisu Group Growth Director), Kris Cuypers (Sisu Group CPO) Stephane Collignon (Founder & Sisu Group CEO), Mickaël Goudmaeker (Prosource & Evertys Managing director), Pascal Severs (Catalay Managing Director).

The appointment of Kris Cuypers as CEO comes at a time when Sisu Group is entering a phase of operational maturity and strategic execution. This change marks a new chapter in Sisu’s journey, reinforcing its commitment to clarity, excellence, and scalable growth.

Stephane Collignon, 2025 Founder and CEO of Sisu Group

“This evolution allows me to stay close to the heart of Sisu while creating space for others to lead and thrive,” said Stephane Collignon in a message to the team.

Kris brings a deep understanding of the Group’s DNA and a proven track record of leadership within the organization.

Kris Cuypers, Chief People Officer

“Kris has been a believer in Sisu since day one and has shown his value as a member of the Leadership Team” says Stephane Collignon “He has the capabilities, integrity and intelligence and I have full confidence that together with the rest of the leadership team we can work towards many more successes!”

As the Group continues to evolve, it remains anchored in the values that have defined its journey from the very beginning, the name Sisu [ˈsɪsuː – ancient Finnish] itself embodies resilience, courage, and determination, values that continue to drive the Group’s transformation.

A journey of growth

Founded in 2009 by Stephane Collignon Sisu Group began with the launch of Strand Associates Consulting. What started as a challenger brand has evolved over 16 years into a dynamic ecosystem of human capital ventures, united under the Sisu Group umbrella. Today, the group comprises five specialized branches, each excelling in its own industry:

Ariad: Digital experiences
Catalay: Engineering
Strand: Life sciences
Prosource: Business management, project management and ICT
Evertys: Core business functions (HR, finance and legal)

Together, these brands reflect Sisu’s mission to empower organizations with smart, scalable workforce solutions.

Strategic alignment

In line with the Group’s renewed focus and ambitions, Sisu also announces the merger of their 2 branches Ariad and Prosource into a single brand focused on Digital Marketing & ICT.

This strategic move reflects the natural convergence we’ve seen over the years between Prosource’s and Ariad’s strengths. As client needs increasingly span across these domains, merging our capabilities allows us to serve them more holistically and with greater impact.

Javier Cuadra will lead this transition as the newly appointed Ariad Business Director

Further details on this merger will be shared in a dedicated announcement.
